The destruction.csv is the list of boxes to be destroyed.  Format your list of destruction-ready boxes as follows:

• .csv file
• Up to 9999 boxes per destruction.csv (you can create multiple destruction.csv files but each is limited to 9999 boxes)
• Only two columns of information:

• No column headings; if you include column headings, that line on the destruction.csv will generate an error
